SINDALAH NEOM ACCONMMODATION PROJECT
Scope of Work
o The project will accommodate the housing for 3000 people.
o Accommodations are 27 Pre-Fabricated building with 3
categorization.
o Estimated covered for the buildings 75,000 sq. m.
o 17 Facilitation Amenity building are also in the scope
of work.
o Amenity building are steel structure buildings.
o Total of 1902 Units are divided in three Categories of rooms are as below:
o Double Bed Units 1212 Nos.
o Single Bed Units 618 Nos.
o Managerial Units 72 Nos.
These Units are distributed into 3 Zones for usage by Marriott(552 Nos.), Four Seasons(462 Nos.) and
NEOM(888 Nos.) respectively

o Fast track projects are having limited time to achieve the target so the time management has to be precise to meet the targets.
o We have at the time a fast-track project ongoing at the moment. This project is sindalah NEOM staff accommodation project. For this fast-track project following measures were considered to achieve the target.
o Due to shortage of time, All the EPC stages can not be left after the completion of previous stage.
o Procurement of necessary materials was start in parallel with the design work.
o Material and document approval were taken seriously to be approved as fast as possible.
o Number of approval cycles were reduced by continuous and direct coordination with the approvers.
o Number of teams were increased compared to normal projects .
o Number of shifts were increased to have maintain 24 hour working on the site.
o Quality of personnel was ensured to do less mistake and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
o A comprehensive QA/QC was used to avoid any rework or rectification.
